The word plebians means the ordinary people of rome who have limited rights. They were people woho were common in the Roman society. They were forbidden to hold office or marry a patrician. Later, Plebeians gained representation in the Senate, but Emperors took away power. Plebeians were the people who were farmers and have small jobs that are actually really important to Rome They are not wealthy.
